The House Brush Aerator’s superior oxygen transfer and mixing capabilities make it the most efficient aerator for your wastewater treatment needs.  The increased aeration and mixing efficiencies provide lagoon, oxidation ditch, aeration basin, equalization basin, and aerobic digester applications the ability to operate with 25% to 75% less horsepower (references are available along with Certified Test Data).

These energy savings alone allow for quick paybacks on new equipment.  Another payback with the House Brush Aerator is lower maintenance costs.  Simple lubrication and lubrication changes are needed during the operating year allowing plant personnel to concentrate on other day to day operations at your wastewater treatment plant.

The House Brush Aerator can be used for municipal and industrial wastewater applications.  We have references for both municipal and industrial wastewater applications.  We have aerators in operation at the following: food processing plants, wineries, pulp/paper mills, textile plants, rendering plants, poultry plants, slaughterhouse plants, fish processing plants, and dairy operations.

House Manufacturing Company, Inc. can assist you in your wastewater process design.  Please fill out our online wastewater applications data form below and we can provide you with horsepower recommendations, aerator layout (electrical layout if needed), model specifications, and a budgetary quotation.
